Learn which STEM Abilities 21st century youth (ages 6-16) need for success and how your after school program can support the development of these skills and abilities in fun and interactive ways.

Training Objectives:

1. Participants will learn the importance of good observation skills and know how to foster these to youth

2. Participants will be introduce and explore STEM Abilities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

3. Participants will learn how to identify ways to incorporate appropriate teaching and opportunities in afterschool settings that develop STEM abilities.
