To help early childhood systems learn to work with parents in ways that promote equitable outcomes and maximize opportunities for all children.

Training Objectives:

1. The importance of integrating family choice, leadership and equity into state systems.

2. Building evidence to validate and further test methods and tools to better measure systems performance and document examples of local success in making systems.

3. Prioritizing the realization of the positive impact of parent engagement and leadership, agencies and systems must prioritize the funding, time and resources to make these efforts effective over time.
