Participants will gain understanding of positive guidance and identify specific behavior management techniques that can be used.

Training Objectives:

1. Participants will define positive guidance

2. Participants will understand common motivations for behaviors

3. Participants will discuss behavior management techniques for the classroom

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience.
