Positive relationships with children serve as the foundation for addressing social-emotional needs. This training will provide guidance on helping participants understand the importance of building relationships with children. Building skills for children to develop relationships with peers and others.
Training Objectives:
1. Participants will understand the importance of building nurturing & responsive relationships with children
2. Participants will understand how relationships impact children’s challenging behavior
3. Participants will understand how building relationships will guide children to build relationships with each other
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
