We will explore how the administration can provide adequate support during non- traditional hours of care. Using staff-to-child ratios, child rest breaks, and family engagement initiatives throughout these hours of care to ensure enough personnel.
Training Objectives:
1. Learners will be able to understand the importance in providing non-traditional hour care.
2. LearnErs will improve their understanding of continuous care options within their environment.
3. Learners will have more confidence in caring for children during these unique times.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
