The CCEA is a 5-month paid training program for people who are interested in becoming a child care professional with little or no experience. The CCEA is a full time in-person program that includes early childhood training, project hours, wraparound support, career pathway planning, classroom hours, all requirements to earn a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, and employment matching for each trainee to a licensed child care center. We are seeking both trainees to participate in the program and child care centers to partner with us!

The CCEA is looking to partner with our local child care programs so our trainees can enter the classroom and be hired with mutual agreement between the director and the trainee with a goal of retention. The trainees will work 24 hours a week during the first month of employment and in months 2-4 of employment, they will work 32 hours a week.
