QRIS: Science in Preschool

CKA: Environment & Curriculum

Training Summary: Learn about the benefits of a science area in the classroom and gain new ideas for activities. We will also discuss STEM for Infants/Toddler and Preschool ages.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Learn conversation starters in a preschool science area to support new information.
  2. Gain new ideas on appropriate preschool activities and materials.
  3. Learn why science is important in early childhood education.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
