Professionalism begins from the Administrator/Director down. It is critically important for employees to exhibit the company’s values; but what if they don’t? Learn to create clear standards for staff and consequences for failure to comply. Learn how to nurture your team’s professionalism.

Training Objectives:

1 . By the end of this session, the learner will identify workplace professionalism.

2 . By the end of this session, the learner will develop standards that reflect company’s values and discourage unprofessional behavior.

3 . By the end of this session, identify strategies to nurture and support staff that struggle.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
