This session introduces staff and teacher to the concepts of science inquiry and experiential learning. Understanding the significance of these concepts help the teacher’s capitalize on the children’s interests. Both the science inquiry and the experiential learning promote better learning outcomes and provide exciting learning opportunities for acquisition of skills.
Training Objectives:
1 .To understand and differentiate the concepts of science inquiry and experiential learning.
2 .To practice the concepts of inquiry and experiential learning.
3 .To understand how to apply science, engineering and technology inquiry -based and experiential learning opportunities in a classroom.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
