Introduction to ASQ 3 and ASQ SE2 Screenings

This introduction to ASQ 3, developmental screener, and the ASQ SE2, social emotional screener, can support program administrators and leaders to better support the screening process within their childcare program. Participants will learn how to use both ASQ 3 and ASQ SE2 screens through practice and case studies.

Training Objectives:

1 . Define and understand what the ASQ 3 and the ASQ SE2 are and the benefits of screening.

2 . Interpret screening results and learn how to share results with families.

3 . Identify processes and tools to create activities to support children’s growth and development.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
