CKA: Leadership and Professional Development

Training Summary: You matter as an educator. You have the power to teach by forming connections and building relationships. We will acknowledge the reasons that we experience burn-out as educators. We will reignite our superpowers as educators by remembering why you chose to be an educator.

Training Objectives:

  1. To be able to outline the qualities of a strong leader
  2. To be able to describe ways that one can motivate one’s self
  3. To be able to demonstrate ways that one can inspire others

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training. If you have questions or concerns, or need additional information about this process, feel free to contact the Professional Development Training Coordinator at 702-825-8978
