Learning Summary:

Professionals who provide care beyond the school hours are crucial in fostering STEM-rich learning opportunities. In this session, attendees will brainstorm ideas for creating environments full of STEM learning opportunities. They will also tinker around everyday materials to enhance the STEM learning.

Learning Outcomes:

1.Learners will identify the value of designing and creating STEM-rich environments

2.Learners will summarize the elements utilized to create STEM-rich environments.

3.Learners will model some of the ways to design and create STEM-rich environments.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
