Empowering and Engaging Staff

Participants will learn techniques they can use to empower and engage their staff in their work environment. Participants will learn how to inspire their staff.

Training Objectives:

1. Participants will engage in team building activities that can help them discover way to engage and empower staff

2. Participants will collaborate with peers to show appreciations and celebrate small successes

3. Participants will demonstrate learned techniques by participating in large group activities

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
