Every single day, children are exposed to Science, Engineering and Technology. Teachers play a vital role in facilitating the children’s learning about SET. This session focuses on providing the teachers the tools they need to implement the activities that will keep the children interested and engaged.
Training Objectives:
1 .Participants will get an overview of SET in the classroom.
2 .Participants will learn the benefits of utilizing SET in the classroom.
3 .Participants will demonstrate how SET activities can be engaging.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training. If you have questions or concerns, or need additional information about this process, feel free to contact the Professional Development Training Coordinator at 702-825-8978
