MITM training will provide opportunities for adults to examine child development research and themselves to create strategic actions they can take to promote executive function-based skills in children ages 0-8.
Training Objectives:
1 . Discuss and identify executive functions and how they develop in the brain.
2 . Discuss and identify the “7 Essential Life Skills”.
3 . Identify a framework for Skill-Building Strategies that can be used in ECE Environments.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
