This training will explore communication tips and tricks on providing and receiving feedback from others. We will practice uplifting and development discussions as well as uncomfortable performance-related feedback.
Training Objectives:
1.Participants will identify leadership traits that they can model for their teams
2.Identify what “norms” and expectations they are communicating to staff
3.Recognize opportunities for performance related feedback & Demonstrate awareness of listening techniques and using open-ended questions
