Perspective taking is the skill of seeing things as others see them. Perspective taking begins in infancy and is important to adjusting to school and to the prevention of conflict. Join us to learn everyday ways to promote perspective taking and help prepare children for school, friends and life.
Training Objectives:
1 . By the end of this session, learners will Describe how the Life Skill of Perspective Taking calls upon Executive Function.
2 . By the end of this session, learners will Determine strategies that can promote the Life Skill of Perspective Taking in young.
3 . By the end of this session, learners will Recognize that the Life Skill of Perspective Taking is essential to school readiness.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience.
