This training explores key stages of early brain development and the vital role of identity formation in childhood. Participants will deepen their understanding of how early experiences shape both cognitive growth and self-identity while gaining practical resources to support healthy identity development in young children.
Training Objectives:
1 . By the end of this session, learners will restate the phases of identity development that takes place in early childhood.
2 . By the end of this session, learners will illustrate the ways they can create a sense of belonging in their classroom.
3 . By the end of this session, learners will choose a Vroom tip they can use to promote positive identity development.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience.
