Sometimes it’s the small things that make the big difference! In this session, you will use a carousel of self-directed mini-centers to teach best practices for group management.

Learning Outcomes:

1 .To learn effective group management strategies for afterschool programs.

2.To learn and provide activities for management to include for their afterschool environment

3.To understand the concept of using tools to implement various activities in a carousel method.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
