Strategies will focus on informal daily communication to build positive relationships as well as formal meetings to discuss concerns about development and behavior.
Training Objectives:
1 . By the end of the session, learners will develop a plan on how to maintain positive and appropriate relationships with families.
2 . By the end of the session, learners will identify when to use different methods of communication to engage all families in active two-way communication sensitively, empathically.
3 . By the end of the session, learners will be able to determine a variety of positive communication techniques with their families about general daily communication, developing skills, and accomplishment.
