Learning Objectives:

1. By the end of this session, learners will be able to define at least three challenging behaviors and identify the underlying causes of these behaviors in early childhood settings with 60% accuracy in post-training assessment.
2. By the end of this session, learners will be able to demonstrate and apply at least three practical strategies to reduce challenging behaviors in their classrooms, as evidenced by self-assessments and peer observations conducted within one month.
3. By the end of this session, learners will be able to analyze and solve three real-life scenarios using evidence-based strategies and collaborative teamwork, demonstrated through participation in role-play exercises with 60% accuracy during training session

Training Summary: A special needs learning presentation for childcare providers to gain insights into the causes of behaviors and proactive strategies to support positive behavior development and effectively address challenging behaviors in young children.
