This training provides information on how a schedule helps adults and children to adapt and feel safe in the classroom; it also provide strategies that will help manage transition times. Providers will have a better understanding on how these practices when done consistently will help their program structure and classroom management.
Training Objectives:
1. Acquire and enhance existing transition strategies.
2. Learn how to adapt a schedule according to children’s needs.
3. Understand that strategies must be practiced consistently in order to have a good Program Structure.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
