This training session will provide participants with a foundational understanding of Reflective Practice, Reflective Capacity, and Reflective Supervision. It will anchor to the RIOS to demonstrate the four Essential Elements and five Collaborative Tasks of Reflective Supervision.
Training Objective:
1. Participants will be able to identify the role of Reflective Practice and Reflective Supervision/Consultation in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Services
2.Participants will be able to name examples of Reflective Practice skills from the RIO’s 4 essential elements and 5 collaborative tasks
3.Participants will be able to discuss the connection between Reflective Practice and Non-Dominant Bodies of Knowledge.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience.
