CKA: Environment & Curriculum

During this session, participants will understand the idea and science behind continuity of care. They will recognize the practice in which caregivers and children stay together for as long as possible and create an environment that helps support children’s transitions into new classrooms.

Training Objectives:

1 . By the end of this session, learners will define the program practice of continuity of care.

2 . By the end of this session, learners will explore research and benefits of continuity of care.

3 . By the end of this session, learners will consider ways of building continuity of care into practice.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
