Participants will gain information about the importance of incorporating team building to encourage staff development. Participants will learn skills to engage staff in team building to take with their staff. Participants will brainstorm with others what are some techniques they can use with their staff to engage in team building.

• Recognize the importance of teamwork/ team building

• Gain a better understanding of ways to develop staff development through the use of team building

• Gain tips to use with your staff to engage staff development
