The purpose of this training will be for the participants to go over how marketing efforts can help improve your ability to recruit new families and retain the business of families already enrolled in your program.

1 . Name a variety of marketing tools that strengthen a childcare facility.

2 . Summarize why marketing efforts can improve your childcare facility.

3 .Describe the purpose of marketing to different areas including parents, staff, and others for your facility..
