It is not uncommon for professional who work with children to lose sight of the need for self-reflection, and investing own their own well-being. Learn causes and symptoms of stress and effective stress management strategies.
Training Objectives:
1. Participants will be able to define self-care and describe what it looks like in their lives.
2. Participants will identify sources and symptoms of stress.
3. Participants will identify physical, cognitive and emotional behavior techniques for stress management.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
