Participants will reinforce their knowledge of early brain development and the science behind the national Vroom initiative. Participants will also develop a deeper understanding of how brain building strategies are easily embedded into Child Care Resources and Referral (CCR&R) outreach and services.
Training Objectives:
1. Examine the essential life skills to support children’s development.
2. Examine the importance of promoting positive relationships between adult and children.
3. Develop strategies to promote family engagement and education.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
