Learning Summary: This training will provide an understanding of the rapid pace of brain development in the early years of life, help ground us on how important a role we as professionals play on ensuring children receive the loving, positive experiences they need for healthy development.
Learning Outcomes:
1 . Learners will learn parts of the brain and their function.
2 . Learners will understand how nerve cells communicate and connect.
3 . Learners will understand neuroplasticity and the role of early experiences in making connections between areas of the brain.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three-question quiz or test at the end of each training.
