Participants will learn strategies for creating intentional activities that foster a sense of belonging and a caring classroom culture.

Training Objectives:

1. Participants will learn why building a caring classroom culture is important

2. Participants will learn specific activities to incorporate into their daily teaching practices that fosters community building.

3. Participants will learn strategies to extend the classroom culture to involve the families.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
