Every child is born with a different temperament which means that they will all respond different in any given situation. In this training, participants will learn more about temperaments and way to use this knowledge to support social-emotional development in infants and toddlers.
Training Objectives:
1 . By the end of this session, the learner will Recall what temperament is in Infants and Toddlers.
2 . By the end of this session, the learner will Identify their own temperament style and how to recognize those traits in Infants and Toddlers.
3 . By the end of this session, the learner will Determine how to support social-emotional development and behavior based on temperament through many techniques.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
