In this learning event, participants will learn why visual supports are important in children’s learning environment. Participants will also learn a variety of supports and how to implement them in the classroom.

Training Objectives:

1 . By the end of this learning event, participants will be able to explain why visual supports are important.

2 . By the end of this learning event, participants will be able to describe various types of visual supports.

3 . By the end of this learning event, participants will be able to apply intentional teaching strategies with visual supports.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
