There are many types of people who make up a workplace staff. Different employees bring with them their unique personality traits along with their differing strengths and weaknesses. Fundamental to having a cohesive workforce is understanding those distinct personality types and how to capitalize on each type.
Training Objectives:
1.Participants will gain a better understanding of their own personality type and how this factors in the workplace.
2.Participants will see how colleagues personality traits may be different from their own butt will learn how to appreciate the differences.
3. Participants will also learn how to build an effective and productive team for their program.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
