There are many types of people who make up a workplace staff. Different employees bring with them their unique personality traits along with their differing strengths and weaknesses. Fundamental to having a cohesive workforce is understanding those distinct personality types and how to capitalize on each type.
Training Objectives:
By the end of the session…
1.Participants will determine their personality traits through the completion of the DISC test.
2 .Participants will comprehend their communication and conflict negotion skills based on their personality type.
3 . Participants will identify how to build an effective and productive team for their program.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
