When Grace first came to The Children’s Cabinet, she and her young son were living in a shelter, uncertain of what the future held. She was determined to create a better life for her family, but the path wasn’t easy.
With resilience and hard work, Grace secured permanent housing—a huge step toward stability. But moving into an empty apartment with few belongings was overwhelming. That’s when The Children’s Cabinet and our community partners stepped in.
With the help of I Got You Reno, Grace received everything she needed to turn her new apartment into a true home. Our staff came together to help her move in, filling the space with not just furniture and essentials, but also warmth and hope.
Today, Grace and her son have a place to call their own—a space where they can build new memories and look forward to a brighter future. We are incredibly proud of all she has accomplished and honored to be part of her journey.
